Initial Contact & Site Meeting

After you reach out, we’ll schedule an on-site meeting. We run through your vision, timeframe, set preliminary budgets and discuss the necessity of an architect or designer. We then explain our process and start planning exciting concepts.

Design & Planning Agreement

We take stock of the potential options and align our ideas with yours. It helps to create a lookbook of your favourite styles and colours, but we’ll coordinate together.

Make Selections & Finalize Design

Present Proposal

We use all chosen selections, current design concepts, and materials when presenting the preliminary pricing and plans. Together, we examine every aspect of the plan and budget and make any necessary changes.

Permit Acquisition & Scheduling

We draw and submit the working drawings as council-ready plans for permits. We will make any necessary changes before we present you with our finalized quote. Our eye for detail makes this step relatively painless.

Construction Commencement

From the first day of demolition to handing back your keys, we’re on-site. We manage the sub-trades, suppliers and our own team, ensuring every detail is implemented and the build is timely and on-budget.

Completion & Presentation

Once your renovation is complete, we’ll walk you through your new home to ensure you love the results. We’ll even arrange a cleaning so you can show off and enjoy your beautiful home.
